The Chosen Membership Terms

The Chosen is the OUTMARIN membership: $20 a month for the whole Unlimited-license catalog while you're in. These terms state how claimed beats may be used; the binding license for a specific beat is the one issued when you claim it.
1. What the membership includes
While your membership is active, you can claim any beat from the OUTMARIN catalog, including every beat released after you join. Each claim issues a personal, non-exclusive subscription license for that beat and delivers its files (MP3, WAV, trackout stems where available).
Exclusive purchases, beats already sold exclusively, and custom (bespoke) work are not part of the membership.
2. Releasing music
A claimed beat may be used in one or more of your own tracks and released commercially on streaming platforms, video platforms and social media.
Each released track carries a cap of 20,000 audio streams (summed across platforms) under the membership license. Monetized use within the cap is allowed.
3. Passing 20,000 streams: the upgrade
When a released track passes 20,000 streams, the underlying beat must be upgraded to the Unlimited $100 license (unlimited use, no expiry).
Every month of membership you have paid accrues toward that upgrade at its full value ($20 per month). Five paid months fully cover one $100 Unlimited license. Accrued months are a loyalty credit, not a refundable balance; contact us at [email protected] to apply it.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel anytime; the membership stays active until the end of the paid period.
Tracks released while your membership was active remain licensed after cancellation, within their per-track caps. Releasing new tracks with catalog beats after the membership ends requires an active membership or a one-time license.
5. Fair use
The membership licenses your own releases. Reselling, leasing or redistributing beats or stems as-is, registering a claimed beat as your own composition, or using it in content-ID systems against other artists is prohibited and voids the license.
One membership covers one artist (or one artist project).
6. Billing
Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record; applicable tax is calculated at checkout. Manage your payment method, invoices and cancellation from your account or the Paddle customer portal.
