Cookie Policy

Last updated: 2026-06-20. This Cookie Policy explains how the OUTMARIN store uses cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage), what each category does, and how you can control your choices. It forms part of, and should be read with, our Privacy Policy. This text is a content draft and is not legal advice.
1. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser to remember state - for example, that you are signed in, what is in your cart, or which language you chose. We also use similar technologies such as browser local storage for the same purposes.
Some are set directly by OUTMARIN (first-party); others may be set by trusted providers we use, such as our payment provider, when you reach their part of the flow (third-party).
2. Cookie categories we use
Necessary: sign-in/session, cart and checkout, and security. These are always on because the Site cannot function without them, and they cannot be turned off.
Preferences: remember your settings - such as player volume, last catalog filters and language choice.
Analytics: anonymous or aggregated statistics about plays, clicks and the purchase funnel, used to improve the catalog. Runs only with your consent.
Marketing: pixels and retargeting used to show relevant offers and measure campaigns. Connected only after your consent.
CRM & email: links your e-mail to your purchases and demo downloads so we can provide support, deliver files and help you recover access.
3. Payment provider cookies
Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy. When you pay, Lemon Squeezy may set its own cookies to process the transaction, prevent fraud and meet legal requirements. These are governed by Lemon Squeezy’s own cookie and privacy notices.
4. How to manage your consent
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept all, reject non-essential cookies, or open per-category settings.
You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Changes apply immediately. Necessary cookies cannot be disabled.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may break parts of the Site, such as staying signed in or completing checkout.
5. Current status
At this stage, no real third-party advertising pixels or trackers are connected. Analytics runs only through a single internal consent gate and never fires unless you have consented under the “Analytics” category. This section will be updated when any third-party trackers are added.
6. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our use of cookies changes; the version in force is the one posted here with the most recent “Last updated” date. Questions: [email protected].
Last updated: 2026-06-20. OUTMARIN is operated by IP HLYNOVSKII. These documents describe OUTMARIN’s current product and store rules and may be updated; the version shown here is the one that applies until a newer “Last updated” date is posted. This text is a content draft and is not a substitute for legal advice; the binding license is always the agreement delivered with your specific purchase. Questions: [email protected].
