1. Who we are and scope

OUTMARIN (IP HLYNOVSKII) operates this store and decides how and why your personal data is processed when you use it.

This policy covers the Site, checkout and library. It does not cover third-party sites you reach via links, which have their own privacy notices.

2. What data we collect

Order data: your e-mail and, where you provide it, your name or artist name - used to process your purchase, deliver files and issue the license agreement.

Free-demo data: your e-mail and your acceptance of the Free Demo Terms (including the terms version and time) - used to deliver the demo and, where relevant, follow up.

Account data (if you create an account): your e-mail, login state and the purchases claimed to your account.

Payment data: handled by Lemon Squeezy. We receive confirmation of payment and limited order details (such as product, amount and your e-mail), but we do not see or store your full card number.

Technical and usage data: when you consent to analytics, anonymous or aggregated statistics about plays, clicks and the purchase funnel; basic security and delivery logs (such as request times and a hashed identifier) used to operate signed downloads and prevent abuse.

3. How we use your data and the legal bases

To perform our contract with you: processing purchases, issuing short-lived signed download links, delivering files and licenses, and providing your library.

For our legitimate interests: securing the Site, preventing fraud and chargeback abuse, keeping delivery logs, and (where you have consented) understanding what is played and bought to improve the catalog.

With your consent: analytics, marketing and CRM/email mechanisms, which run only after you opt in through the cookie banner.

To comply with legal obligations: keeping records needed for tax, accounting and dispute handling.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Who we share data with (processors)

Lemon Squeezy - payment processing as Merchant of Record (handles card data, billing, tax and fraud checks).

Secure cloud storage provider - stores and delivers your purchased files via private storage and short-lived download links.

Email/transactional delivery and, where enabled, analytics providers - to send order and service messages and to compile consented, privacy-respecting statistics.

We share only what each provider needs to perform its service, and we require them to protect your data. We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights.

5. International transfers

Because our payment and storage providers operate globally, your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where this happens, we rely on the providers’ contractual and technical safeguards to protect your data.

6. Cookies and consent

Necessary cookies (session, cart/checkout, security) always operate because the Site cannot function without them. Analytics, marketing and CRM mechanisms run only after your consent in the cookie banner.

7. Retention and deletion

Order and license records are kept for as long as needed to support your purchase and to meet tax, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations.

Free-demo contact data is kept until you withdraw consent or the purpose is met. Account data is kept while your account is active.

When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. Specific retention periods will be confirmed before launch.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access your data, correct it, request deletion, restrict or object to certain processing, request a portable copy, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing).

To exercise any right, contact [email protected] from the e-mail tied to your order or account so we can verify your request. We may need to keep some records even after a deletion request where the law requires it.

If you believe your data has been mishandled, you may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

9. Security

We use measures such as private file storage, short-lived signed download links, verified payment webhooks and access controls to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to limit access to it.

10. Children

The Site is intended for users who can lawfully enter into a contract. We do not knowingly collect data from children below the age of digital consent in their country. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
