Last updated: 2026-06-20. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for OUTMARIN’s digital products, the narrow situations in which a refund is possible, and how chargebacks are handled. Because payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record, refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy. Read this together with the Terms of Service and the License Agreement. 1. Digital goods - the general rule

Beats, bitpacks and kits are digital goods delivered instantly. Because the files and the license are unlocked immediately once payment is verified, and because digital files cannot be “returned”, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.

By completing checkout you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately on confirmation and that, to the extent permitted by law, this waives any general cooling-off / withdrawal right for the delivered digital content.

Please use the player previews and the free demo to evaluate a beat before buying. A change of mind, “no longer needed”, or buying the wrong item by choice is not, on its own, grounds for a refund.

2. When a refund or fix IS possible

The product was never delivered - payment was confirmed but you received no files and we cannot deliver them.

The files are corrupt or unusable due to a technical fault on our side, and we cannot provide a working replacement.

You were charged twice for the same product (a duplicate or accidental double purchase).

A clear billing error on our side, such as being charged a materially different amount than the price shown at checkout.

3. What we do first: fix delivery

Our first step for any delivery or file problem is to make it right - for example by re-issuing a fresh short-lived signed download link, or supplying a corrected file.

If we cannot deliver a working file at all, we will refund that purchase. A duplicate charge is refunded as a duplicate.

4. How to request a refund

Contact [email protected] from the e-mail you used at checkout, with your order details and a description of the problem (and, for file issues, what happens when you try to open the file).

We aim to review requests promptly. Approved refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method; how long the money takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.

5. Exclusive licenses

Exclusive rights are arranged under an individual agreement. Any refund or cancellation terms for an exclusive are set out in that agreement and may differ from the general rule above; the individual agreement prevails.

6. Chargebacks and abuse

Please contact us before starting a chargeback or payment dispute - almost every genuine issue is resolved faster directly, and a fix or refund can usually be arranged.

A chargeback on a digital product that was already delivered may be treated as a breach. In that case, and as allowed under the Terms of Service, we may revoke your license and your access to the files, and we keep delivery and access logs to evidence delivery.

Repeated refund or chargeback abuse may lead us to refuse future orders.

7. Your statutory rights and contact

Nothing in this policy removes mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
